How easy are the drawer units to install?
They require 4 holes to be drilled through the floor of the vehicle, locations are preset. All fasteners and instructions are included. The floor or shelf (if ordered) is supplied in two parts and is fixed to the drawer shelf brackets with fasteners provided.
How long would it take me to install?
Self-installation will take approx 1-3 hours depending on unit.
Can you fit them for me?
Yes, however we are located in Palmerston North so you would need to bring your vehicle to us.
Do you have other installers?
We have wholesalers that can sell and install for you around the country, please ask for details on companies and locations.
What is your turnaround time on orders?
1-3 weeks from order depending on our current workload.
Can I customise the drawers?
Yes, talk to us and together we can come up with the best solution for your requirements.
What weight are the drawer units?
Between 50kgs – 106kg depending on unit.
What weight do they hold?
250kg with evenly distributed weight in each drawer and on shelf.
What is the warranty period?
3 year return to base warranty.
What are they made of?
Aluminium with transtex non slip ply on drawer bases and shelves.
Do the drawer runners wear out?
No, we have never had to replace any drawer runnings or bearings.
Do the drawer runners get jammed?
Only if small debris such as screws make their way onto the runners, these are an easy fix by removing the offending object.
Do you have these drawers in stock?
We have all our standard drawer parts in stock and the drawer units are all made to order. We can manufacture custom parts also.
Can I buy just the rear or just the side drawers?
Yes, both options come with a fixed top shelf above the drawer unit.
